Orders through TikTok Shop

All Pawsira purchases happen on TikTok Shop, so returns and refunds follow the policies shown on your TikTok Shop order. You can start a return from the order itself in the TikTok app under My Orders.

Something wrong with a product?

If your Pawsira product arrives damaged or not as described, contact us through our TikTok Shop profile with a short description (and a photo if possible) and we will help make it right.

The latest return and refund information for your order is always shown on your TikTok Shop order page.
