  Pawsira products are sold through our official TikTok Shop. From any product page on this site, the “Shop on TikTok” button takes you straight to the shop once it is live.

• What pets are Pawsira products suitable for?+

  Each product page lists the pets it is suitable for. Our current grooming and cleaning products are designed for cats and dogs, and future products may suit a wider range of pets.

• Where do you currently sell?+

  We’re launching through TikTok Shop, with availability expanding by market. Current purchase options and links will always be shown on our website.

• How do I track my TikTok Shop order?+

  Order tracking is handled by TikTok Shop. Open the TikTok app, go to your profile, then My Orders, where you can follow shipping status and delivery updates.

• How do returns work?+
